Associate Dentist for Private Practice with a Great Work Environment

• Owner willing to mentor a new dentist or to give an experienced dentist room to practice
• Mixed PPO, FFS patient base
• M-F schedule, though the owner would consider fewer days. No nights or weekends
• Compensation includes an initial daily guarantee, percent of collections. Benefits available

• Virginia Dental License by start date
• Excellent people skills and a good team member
• Experience preferred but not required
