Position Overview: Are you a talented General Dentist eager to step into practice ownership? This private group is acquiring an established office in Irmo and seeking a full-time dentist to lead patient care through the transition and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to build equity while enjoying the support of a seasoned team.

Equity Structure: Up to 20% ownership from the beginning with aa plan in place aimed at granting the dentist ownership of 30% (or more).

Compensation: 35% of Collections, potentially effectively as high as 40% with profit share and equity are included.

Technology and Practice Growth:

  • Majority Fee for Service. Limited PPO involvement
  • Currently ~$600,000 annual collections while just doing basic bread and butter procedures
  • Experienced staff and support team
  • Benefits from and help direct additional investments in technology upgrades along with Continuing Education (CE) to ensure you can fully utilize the latest advancements in the field.

Requirements:

  • South Carolina dental license and minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Proficient clinical skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Desire to progress towards practice ownership.
  • Confidence to practice solo, though mentoring is available from the current owner
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth within a stable, non-DSO environment.
