We are seeking an Associate Dentist to step into a well-established rural practice in Woodland, Alabama. You will serve a loyal, highly dedicated patient base generating $80k–$100k in monthly collections, supported by cutting-edge digital technology and a strong team.

Schedule & Clinical Scope

  • Schedule: Flexible 2–4 days per week (part-time or full-time options).
  • Focus: General bread-and-butter dentistry and surgical extractions, with room to expand into implants, endo, and clear aligners.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Alabama Dental License (or ability to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (proficiency in surgical extractions is a plus; sharp, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Comfort in a rural setting, leadership mindset, strong patient communication, and growth focus
