This is a thriving Community Health Center in search of a dedicated dentist to join our team. The current Dental Director is transitioning into an administrative role within the organization, leaving a vacancy to take over her clinical role. A Staff Dentist is needed but the Dental Director role is available for the right candidate.

The Office:

• Diverse patient base, primarily adults, with a focus on the sliding fee structure and Medicaid
• We have 8 operatories, 1 hygienist, and 2 dentists
• Modern office with digital X-ray

Job Description:

• 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday)
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including C&B, simple extractions, Anterior and premolar endodontics, and fillings
• Refer molar endodontics, most pediatric procedures, implants, and complicated extractions
• Perform checks and basic treatments on cooperative pediatric patients
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best patient experience

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $180,000 to $185,000, with the potential for the Dental Director to earn over $200,000
• FQHC. Area qualifies for federal loan repayment up to $50,000 over 2 years

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a dentist
• Active Georgia Dental license
