The Role
You’ll join the team as an Associate Dentist providing comprehensive general dentistry in a multidisciplinary setting. The practice looks at the whole picture, so treatment planning goes beyond single-tooth fixes into quadrant and full arch cases with TMJ and airway in mind. Your schedule will run some evenings until 8pm and some Saturdays and Sundays, so flexibility with days and times is a must. This practice is looking for someone who connects easily with patients and teammates, is open to exploring different treatment options, and genuinely enjoys a team-based approach.
What You’ll Need
- 2 to 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in crown and bridge, extractions, and bone grafting
- Comfortable with anterior and premolar root canals
- Invisalign certification
- A comprehensive treatment planning mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
- Implant experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- Base rate to start, transitioning to a percentage of net production
- $800 daily minimum or 26% to 38% of net production, whichever is higher
- Income potential up to $300K per year
