Want a full schedule from day one? This busy, well-run general practice in Sacramento sees 200 to 250 new patients a month and has more than 20,000 active patients. They have 22 operatories, a supportive team, and a real commitment to mentoring their doctors. They are looking for an associate to start as soon as possible.

• 31% of adjusted production
• Income potential of $300,000 per year
• W-2 employee position
• Monday through Friday coverage, with office hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

About the Position

You will provide general dentistry to a steady stream of patients in an office that prides itself on being organized, efficient, and patient focused. The practice wants every patient to leave impressed, so they come back and refer family and friends. Expect to handle crown and bridge, RCT, composite restorations, simple extractions, and SRP, with experienced dentists nearby when you want a second opinion or a hand learning something new.

What We Are Looking For

• DDS or DMD with an active California dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• At least 1+ year of clinical experience
• Comfortable with crown and bridge, RCT, composites, simple extractions, and SRP
• Team oriented, approachable, caring, and committed
• Open to coaching and mentoring to keep growing clinically and in patient communication
• Carries own malpractice insurance
