This established group practice has been serving its community for 14 years and works out of a state-of-the-art clinic that is only about two years old. They have the technology you want, a great team, and a culture built on honesty and transparency. They are adding an associate, and the schedule can be full time or part time for the right candidate.
What We Offer
- Compensation based on a percentage of adjusted production
- $200,000+ to start for a full-time schedule
- W-2 employee position
- Full-time or part-time schedule available
- Office hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday
- Malpractice, 401(k), dental, vision, disability, and life insurance (no medical)

About the Position
You will provide general dentistry to an established patient base in an office that puts quality of care and clear communication first. Patients are told what they need, what it costs, and why, and the doctors here are proud of that. You will work alongside two other dentists and a team that is easy to work with.
What We Are Looking For
- DDS or DMD with an active dental license in Idaho, or the ability to obtain one
- 1+ years of experience preferred, but the practice is open to the right fit
- Competent in the basics, with very good clinical work
- Kind, honest, and a good fit for a small team
About the Community
This is a small community of about 70,000 with good schools and excellent outdoor activities. It is a great place to build a career and put down roots. Partnership and ownership are not offered at this time, but the practice is open to discussing both in the future.
