Our private office is looking to hire a Part-Time Associate Dentist in Bowie, MD! We are looking for a provider with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is proficient in, but not limited to, basic cosmetic, restorative, and preventative care.
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service and PPO model
- Mainly working with Adults (85%)
- See around 8-12 patients per day (non-hygiene)
- 3 DA’s and 3 Hygienists (all Full-time)
- CBCT, Trios, Fully Digital
- 30 minutes from D.C.
Compensation for the Dentist:
- 30-35% of Collections ($50K-$70K/month Production on avg.)
- Associate responsible for 30% of Lab Fees
- Limited Mentorship from Owner
- Potential equity option
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Part-Time
- Monday (9:00-5:00)
- Wednesday (9:00-5:00)
