Join a long-standing private dental practice in Pasadena, MD, that has proudly served the community for nearly five decades. We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time General Dentist proficient in “bread-and-butter” care, including restorative dentistry, basic endodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, and fixed/removable prosthodontics. Our dedicated team has deep roots in the area and a steadily growing patient base. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking dentist whose philosophy revolves around comprehensive patient care.

Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of US-based clinical experience to apply!

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service and PPO only
• Family Practice, mainly treating Adults (Limited Peds)
• 20+ New Patients per month
• 1:1 ratio of Hygienists and Assistants (EFDA on-site)
• Each provider sees 8-10 patients per day (non-hygiene)
• Modern Technology (Intraoral scanner on-site)
• Average Monthly Production: $60K-$150K/provider

Compensation for the Dentist:

• Expected Salary Range: $150K-$250K/year (schedule/skillset dep.)
• Lab Fee coverage by practice
• Potential Equity Option
• Additional Benefits to be Discussed

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Flexible Hours for both FT & PT hires
• Monday & Wednesday (8:30-8:00)
• Tuesday & Thursday (9:00-8:00)
• Fridays (8:30-5:30)
• Saturday and Sunday (Closed)
