Our private office located just North of Baltimore is seeking to hire a Lead Dentist to take charge of a practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You’ll operate as an independent clinician with direct mentorship and support from a owner bringing over 15 years of proven success. With a realistic Year 1 earning potential of $200,000–$300,000 and massive upside for growth, this is the career move you’ve been waiting for.

Tentative start date: January, 2027

Requirements for the Dentist:

  • 2 Years of clinical experience required
  • Scope: Basic restorative and cosmetic work (“Bread & Butter”), but willing to expand!
  • Seeking a long-term, growth focused, role as the primary associate on-site
  • Molar Endo and Impacted Wisdom Teeth OS strongly preferred, but NOT required.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

  • Fee-for-service and PPO model
  • Family based practice, mainly working with Adults!
  • Scope of Office: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endo, and Implant Dentistry
  • Fully Staffed; 2 Hygienists and 1 Full-Time DA.
  • Up to 20 new patients per month
  • See 12-18 patients per day (non-hygiene)
  • Current Provider’s Monthly Net Production: $65,000
  • Office in service for over 30 years!

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

  • $650-$800 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
  • 33%-35% of Collections to follow (35% comes with repayment)
  • Associate responsible for equal % of lab fees
  • Mentorship from Owner
  • Potential Equity option

Schedule for the Dentist:

  • Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
  • Two Fridays a month (8:00-1:00)
  • No Weekends!
