Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:
- Predominantly FFS and PPO
- Family practice (85% Adults)
- High Tech: CBCT, Digital X-rays, & more
- Scope: General, Cosmetic, Oral Surgery, Endo, and Implants
- Multi-doc, several Hygienists and Assistants on-site
- Serving patients in the greater Baltimore region for Two Decades!
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- 35% of Collections (High Production)
- Health Insurance coverage, CE, and 401K
- Associate responsible for 35% of Lab Fees
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
- 36-38 Hours per week
- No weekends!
Requirements for the Dentist:
- Fully comprehensive, “SUPER GP”
- 3+ Years of experience
- Proven track record of HIGH Production
- Skillset: “Bread & Butter”, Full-Range Molar Endo, Oral Surgery, Overdentures, and Implant Place (single-unit, posterior, anterior min.)
