Join a well-established, family-focused private practice in Bel Air, MD! Serving the community for over 20 years, our office offers a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced dentist. We’re seeking a compassionate General Dentist who is eager to grow in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. This is a Part-Time to Full-Time transitional role, 2-4 days per week.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-For-Service & PPO model
- Technology; Digital X-Rays, 3D Printer, Scanner
- Family Based Dental Care (Pediatrics included)
- See up 10 Patients per day, not including hygiene checks
- Scope; Restorative, Preventative, OS, and Clear Aligners
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for 6 months
- 35% of Collections after 6 months
- Potential Equity Option (Open for Discussion)
- Associate Responsible for 1/2 of lab fees
- On-site Mentorship
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Part-Time (Tuesday & Thursday pref.)
- Monday (9am – 5pm)
- Tuesday (11am – 7pm)
- Wednesday & Thursday (8am – 4pm)
- Friday – Sunday (OFF)
