Our well-established dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our experienced team in Hagerstown, MD! Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of clinical experience, but we are open to 2026 graduates. All applicants must be proficient in comprehensive exams, treatment planning, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges), implant restoration, simple extractions and endodontics, as well as partial and full dentures.

Practice highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
- Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients (80%)
- Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site
- iTero, Nomad, Digital radiographs
- Provider sees up to 15 patients per day
- 40 Years of Trusted Service
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- Daily Guarantee for 6 months
- Base Salary (Plus a tiered compensation package after $30K collected)
- Monthly production $80,000/avg.
- Medical Insurance and 401K
- Mentorship and CE allowance
- Potential Equity option
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Full Time (32-36 hours a week)
- Monday – Thursday (Off by 6:00 pm)
- Friday (Half day, off by 1:00 pm)
- No on-call responsibilities
