General Dentist Opportunity — Established, Modern Private Practice in Pikesville, MD

We are seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our well-established PPO/FFS practice, with a target start date of August 1st, 2025.

Practice Highlights:

• Over 60 years serving the community, recently renovated, fully digital with CBCT, Schick, Medit, and Open Dental software.
• Several fully equipped operatories, taking over for existing dentist that is transitioning out of practice
• Average associate production: $45–70k/month.
• 95% Adult Patient base with a healthy variety of procedures.

Position Details:

• Full-time (32–40 hrs/week) || 4.5 days, off by 5:00 pm!
• Compensation: 35% of collections (minus same % of lab fees) with a $600/day draw
• Benefits: First year malpractice covered, 70% individual health coverage, partial matching retirement plan, mentorship, and CE support.
• Potential Partnership Opportunity if there is mutual interest

Ideal Candidate with Requirements:

• Must have an ACTIVE Maryland dental license (or eligible for) 
• Minimum 2 years experience or residency; new grads with implant placement experience to be considered.
• Confident with implants, CAD/CAM; endo, surgical, and sedation skills are preferred, but not required.
