Full Time Associate Dentist needed in Frederick, MD!

We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing, high-tech, and family-oriented practice. For over 24 years, we’ve delivered personalized, community-focused care supported by the latest technology including CBCT, Cerec Primescan with in-office milling, 3D Printing, and AI-assisted radiography. Your objective will be to perform restorative dentistry, same-day crowns (CAD/CAM), Implant restorations, Aligner therapy (Invisalign or equivalent), and routine care. As a privately owned office, we foster a culture built on loyalty, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service—for both our patients and our team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time with path to Full-Time)
• Work Week: 32 hours worked per week, work no later than 6:00 pm (valued work-life balance)
• Patients/Day: 8-10 + Hygiene exams
• Patient Base: 90% Adults || 10% Children
• Fee Structure: Primarily Fee-For-Service, some PP

Experience Requirements/Preferences:

• Open to NEW Graduates (2025*)
• Experience with CAD/CAM or Implant Placement preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily Guarantee: $700–$850 (based on experience) for 3–6 months.
• Collection-Based Compensation: 30% of collections after 3-6 months with the addition of a tiered growth opportunity
• Benefits include: CE allowance, Mentorship, Retirement match & profit sharing (when eligible), Equity/ownership discussion after mutual interest and time
