Associate Dentist needed at growing practice in Gambrills, MD!
Our established and growing dental practice in Gambrills, Maryland, is seeking a General Dentist to join our dedicated, high-performing team. Located just 30 minutes south of Baltimore, this is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned provider or a new graduate (Class of 2024) ready to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled, and team-oriented dentist committed to delivering exceptional care and building long-term patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $900 Daily Guarantee for 6 months, then up to 35% of collections
- Malpractice Insurance – Fully covered by our practice
- $3,000 Annual CE Allowance, 401(k) Plan (no match)
- Full medical, vision, and dental insurance
Schedule:
- Flexible 3–4 day work week
- No weekend hours (No on call!)
- Evening availability required on some weekdays
