Our established and growing dental practice in Gambrills, MD is seeking a General Dentist to join our dedicated team. Located 30 minutes south of Baltimore, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist looking to advance their career in a high-demand practice or a motivated new graduate (2024) eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment. • High Grossing – Average monthly production – $300,000.
• Patient Base – Primarily Adult based care with some Pediatric work.

• Diverse Clinical Opportunities – Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including routine care, root canals, and implants.
• Referred Out – Molar Endo and other extreme cases currently referred out of office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary – $900 daily guarantee six (6) months, then up to 35% of collections.
• Malpractice Insurance – Fully covered by the practice.
• Retirement Plan – 401(k) option in practice (no match)
• Continuing Education – $3,000 annual CE allowance.
• Comprehensive Benefits – Full range of medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Schedule

• Flexible Schedule (3-4 days/week)
• Monday & Thursday (8:00-7:00)
• Tuesday & Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-2:00)
• No Weekends!
