Full-Time Associate Dentist Needed in Hagerstown, MD!

We are a busy, state-of-the-art practice seeking our next associate dentist to join our team. All dentists, including new graduates, are encouraged to apply! Our practice focuses on a wide range of general dentistry with a strong emphasis on restorative work and implants. With an established patient base, the incoming associate can expect a full schedule from day one.

We have an experienced, skilled support staff in place and offer mentorship for those seeking guidance. We value teamwork and growth, and our office consistently gains over 50 new patients each month. We also prioritize a healthy work-life balance.

About the Office:

• FFS/PPO practice
• Mentorship available
• Located just 1 hour from the DMV area

Benefits & Compensation:

• Daily Guarantee up to $850 or 31%+ of collections
• Health & Dental Insurance
• Continuing Education Allowance

Schedule:

• 4-day work week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekends off!
