• New Start Up with regional DSO
• Mix of PPO and private pay
• Full time, M – Th (F)

Compensation and Benefits for the Associate Dentist

• Daily guarantee for the first year
• 30% adjusted production after first year with bonus potential
• Health, Vision, Dental, Reimbursement for Malpractice, SPEAR CE, 4% Retirement match, Time Off
• Signing Bonus

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree
• State license
• 3+ years of experience
• Passion for building a practice clinically
• Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner
