Our corporate based practice is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join team in Orange Park, Fridays only. All applicants must have at least 2 years of experience, proficient in Molar Endo, OS, and Implant Placement. 

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
• Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients
• Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site
• CBCT and 4 iTero scanners on site

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $900 Daily Guarantee for 5 months
• 32-34% of collections after 5 months (experience dependent)
• Zero lab fees if using preferred lab

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Friday (8:00-5:00)
