Our established and growing dental practice near Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist looking to advance their career in a high-demand practice or a motivated new graduate eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment. • Referred Out – Molar Endo and other extreme cases currently referred out of office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary – $900 daily guarantee for five (5) months, then up to 35% of collections.
• Malpractice Insurance – Fully covered by the practice.
• Retirement Plan – 401(k) option in practice (no match)
• Continuing Education – $3,000 annual CE allowance.
• Comprehensive Benefits – Full range of medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Schedule

• 3.5 to 4 days per week
• Monday – Friday, Off by 4:00pm
• No Weekends!
