Full-Time Emergency Dentist Opportunity in Pensacola, FL

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated emergency dentist to join our state-of-the-art practice located in the beautiful Florida Panhandle. Our office is focused on providing exceptional care to patients with emergency dental needs, and we are looking for a dedicated provider to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience or advanced training, although new graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in surgical extractions, as well as general dentistry procedures, is essential. The dentist must be comfortable serving as the sole provider on-site when necessary. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career dentists to thrive financially in a high-demand, rewarding environment.

Practice Overview:

• Fully Fee-for-Service (FFS)
• High case productivity, including extractions, endodontics, and crowns
• Support from a full team of clinical and administrative staff, with 1-2 dental assistants depending on production
• Utilization of digital x-rays, WaveOne endodontic system, and Ascent software (No CBCT)
• Average of 8+ patients seen per day

Compensation:

• Daily Guarantee (commensurate with experience) OR 30% of collections, whichever is greater
• 35% of production
• No lab fees
• 1099/Independent Contractor position

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Wednesday is the designated day off
• Flexible scheduling options available for 4-5 days per week
