We are looking to hire a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in Wilmington, DE to take over existing column work of a departing provider. Our office has served northern Delaware for over 6 decades and we have the support staff and patient base to aid any long-standing provider.
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Family Practice (PED’s to Seniors)
- Scope: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, PED’s, and additional services included!
- Clinical Autonomy and High-end Dental Technology (CBCT on-site)
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- % of Collections (experience dependent)
- Annual Salary: $250,000-$500,000
- Mentorship from Experienced Provider
- Leadership Track Programs (Potential Equity)
- CE allowance, 401k, Malpractice coverage, and Additional Benefits
- Relocation Assistance Available for those who Qualify
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Monday – Thursday (8:30-5:00)
- Friday (7:30-3:30)
- No Weekends!
