Our comprehensive dental office is looking to hire a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in Millsboro, DE! This opportunity is supported by a long-standing patient base, clinical autonomy, and an excellent support from staff and network providers alike.
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Family Practice (PED’s to Seniors)
- FFS, PPO, and some Medicaid (25%)
- Scope: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implant Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Sedation
- Clinical Autonomy and High-end Dental Technology
- Multi-Doc practice
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- 35-40% of Collections (experience dependent)
- Annual Salary: $250,000-$500,000
- On-site Mentorship from lead provider
- Leadership Track Programs (Potential Equity)
- CE allowance, 401k, Malpractice coverage, and Additional Benefits
- Relocation Assistance Available for those who Qualify
Schedule for the Dentist:
- Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
- Friday (8:00-3:00)
- No Weekends!
