Associate Dentist needed in Georgetown, DE!

We’re seeking a motivated, patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our established, high-tech dental practice in Georgetown, DE. This opportunity comes with an existing patient base and the chance to step into a role previously held by a departing provider. Our practice is built on quality care, advanced technology, and a supportive team culture. Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time available)
• Patient Base: Primarily adults with limited pediatric care (refer out as needed)
• Clinical Focus: Restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and implant restorations

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,500 Daily Guarantee or 40% of Production (average daily production up to $4,500)

• Relocation Assistance available if needed
• Lab Fees: We cover 60% of Lab Fees

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Dental License (or eligibility)
• Implant restoration experience preferred (no surgical placement required)
• Open to new graduates (Class of 2025) and experienced providers alike
