We are seeking a full-time or part-time Periodontist for a privately owned practice in the D.C. metro. This opportunity is in a practice that is state of the art, has a full referral base, comes with all equipment needed to be successful, and comes with a potential path to partnership.

This is a PPO/FFS practice with an established line of referrals ready for the right candidate. From the start, there is the potential to immediately earn well above the median income for a Periodontist (prior associate made $500k year 1).  The clinical philosophy for this practice is centered on delivering highly ethical, evidence-based periodontal and implant care with a strong emphasis on precision, long-term function, aesthetics, and patient comfort. The practice focuses on combining advanced technology with individualized care to achieve predictable, minimally invasive, and biologically driven outcomes. This opportunity is unique and provides the potential for any quality Periodontist to not only earn great income, but do so in an established specialty setting with an incredible team.

• Guaranteed salary + up to 40% of collections (negotiable
