A state-of-the-art practice in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join its specialized clinical team 3 days per week. This position focuses exclusively on dental sleep medicine and airway therapy.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with a passion for sleep dentistry or an experienced General Dentist seeking a rewarding, low-stress position in a specialized care setting.

Position Highlights & Compensation

  • Guaranteed Starting Pay: $1,000 per day
  • Schedule: Part-Time (3 days per week)
  • Work Environment: Focused, low-stress clinical setting centered entirely on sleep dentistry
  • Mentorship & Training: Prior experience in Sleep Dentistry is ideal, but the practice will fully train a motivated candidate with a genuine interest in the field
  • Facility: Modern office equipped with advanced technology for sleep apnea diagnosis and oral appliance therapy

Requirements

  • Active Virginia Dental License (in good standing)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on patient care and relationship building
  • Genuine interest or background in dental sleep medicine
