Associate Dentist – Established Practice / Immediate Patient Base
Location: Charleston, SC (Johns Island / West Ashley area, 10 miles to downtown)
Compensation: 30% Adjusted Production + 1st Year Daily Guarantee | $200K+ Earning Potential

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years clinical experience preferred (open to strong, motivated early-career clinicians)
  • Licensure: Active South Carolina Dental License (or eligible)
  • Core Skills: Proficient in quality general dentistry, good at connecting with patients, motivated to be productive
  • Practice Fit: Strong work ethic, punctuality, humble team-player mindset, and excellent patient communication
