General Dentist (Part-Time) – High-Production Private Practice
Location: Tysons, VA (Near Tysons Corner Center)
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Overview
Take over a busy, established patient base in an upscale Tysons practice with $5,000–$7,000 daily production potential. Work alongside a collaborative multi-specialty team with full support, advanced technology, and high PPO/fee-for-service reimbursement rates.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
  • Production Commission: 35% of collections (35% lab split)
  • High Earning Potential: Established patient schedule from departing associate
  • Schedule: Part-time (Mon, Tue, Fri), with potential to expand to full-time in the future

Practice Highlights

  • In-House Specialty Support: Dedicated full-time Endodontist and Periodontist on-site
  • Focus on Quality: Keep restorative and Invisalign cases while referring endo, implants, and perio in-house
  • High-PPO & Fee-For-Service Mix: Negotiated PPO rates significantly above market average
  • High Efficiency: 2 dedicated assistants running 2 active columns

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign care
  • Perform thorough treatment planning and maintain high diagnostic accuracy
  • Drive $5,000–$7,000+ in daily production in a fast-paced setting
  • Collaborate seamlessly with in-house specialists and hygiene team

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
  • Clinical Skills: Advanced competence in comprehensive restorative, veneers, and Invisalign
  • Tech Proficiency: iTero experience required; CEREC experience preferred
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, team-first mentality, and an ownership mindset
  • Licensure: Active Virginia Dental License (or eligible)
