We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist with strong clinical skills to take over a busy schedule in a two-dentist office. If you’re ready for a fulfilling role with long-term income potential and future partnership opportunities, this could be the position for you!

Highlights:

  • Monday-Thursday, 7-4
  • 50 new patients per month. Primarily PPO with some cash-paying patients. No Medicaid
  • Modern office with digital scanner. Access to a 3D printer
  • Excellent income potential based on 33% of adjusted production with a guaranteed minimum. Health insurance, 401(k), and CE stipend available
  • Partnership potential after 2 years

Associate Dentist Position Requirements:

  • Must have or be eligible for a Virginia dental license
  • At least two years of experience required
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A commitment to high-quality patient care and continuing education
