  • Competitive Compensation: $700–$800/day minimum vs. % of collections. Benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), and CE stipend
  • Productive Schedule: Take over $80,000 in monthly production. 80% in-network PPO, 20% fee-for-service
  • Advanced Tech On-Site: CBCT, iTero scanner, soft tissue laser, and complete implant setup
  • True Private Practice: Dentist-owned and operated—no DSO management or quotas
  • Schedule: Mon–Thu with alternating Saturdays
  • Expanded Scope: Excellent opportunity to sharpen skills in implants, clear aligners, and complex endo with direct owner mentorship

Candidate Requirements:

  • Active Virginia Dental License
  • 2+ years of experience strongly preferred
  • Strong patient communication and collaborative mindset
  • Availability for two evening shifts (until 7 PM) per week and bi-weekly Saturdays (8 AM–2 PM)
