Our small group practice, led by a veteran dentist with 20+ years of experience, is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time General Dentist to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. You’ll step into a high-tech, fully comprehensive office backed by a loyal patient base and a skilled support team, offering you complete clinical autonomy and exceptional financial growth.
All applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of US-based clinical experience to be considered for this role
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service and PPO only
- Mainly working with Adults
- 150+ NEW Patients each month
- CEREC, Digital Impressions, 3D printers, CBCT, Lasers, & PRP
- Implant Dentistry on-site!
Compensation for the Dentist:
- 30% of Collections with tiered compensation model
- Annual salary projection: $300K
- Additional benefits to be discussed
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (min. 2 days/week)
- Monday – Friday (9:00-5:00)
- Saturday – Sunday (OFF)
Clinical Outlook of the Dentist:
- Proficient in “Bread and Butter” Dentistry
- Experience with Molar Endo, Complex Oral Surgery, and Implant Placement are preferred.
- IV Sedation is a major plus!
