ASSOCIATE DENTIST – VERY BUSY, PRIMARILY FFS PRACTICE

Location: Mobile, AL 36608 (Gulf Coast | 1 hr to Pensacola, FL | 2 hrs to New Orleans, LA)

Outstanding Earnings: $250,000 – $300,000+ income potential

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek (Mon–Thu, optional Friday availability)

Experience Level: Open to All Levels (Mentorship or Full Autonomy)

Outstanding opportunity to join a thriving, predominantly Fee-for-Service practice in Mobile, AL. You will inherit immediate patient volume from a retiring senior doctor while receiving strong clinical mentorship or complete autonomy depending on your experience level.

  • Strong Patient Base: Very busy. 80% Fee-for-Service/Out-of-Network, 20% PPO.
  • Immediate Demand: Step right into an active schedule inheriting the patient base of a retiring senior doctor.
  • State-of-the-Art Facility: Modern office fully equipped for digital dentistry, implants, clear aligners, and surgery.
  • Robust Team Support: Supported by 3 doctors, 5-6 hygienists, and dedicated dental assistants.
  • High Production Potential: Historical initial monthly production of $60,000–$80,000 with room for growth.

COMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH

  • Competitive Pay: Depending on experience, earn 30-33% of collections with an initial guarantee. Benefits available
  • 1-on-1 Mentorship: Hands-on mentorship available in oral surgery, implant placement, extractions, and advanced prosthetics.
  • Partnership Path: Clear pathway to partnership within 4 to 5 years.

CLINICAL SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Clinical Scope: Comprehensive family care, cosmetic dentistry, crown & bridge, partials, surgical extractions, implant placement, advanced prosthetics, and clear aligners.
  • Candidate Profile: High-integrity clinician with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Skills: Interest or proficiency in clear aligners/orthodontics, oral surgery/implants, or pediatrics is a plus.
  • Licensure: DDS/DMD degree with active or pending Alabama dental license.
