Full-Time Associate Dentist – Raleigh, NC

Join a modern practice in North Raleigh with 4,500+ active patients, complete clinical autonomy, and exceptional earning potential. Located minutes from downtown Raleigh in a high-visibility area, this practice combines advanced technology with a skilled, collaborative team.

Highlights & Perks:
• Compensation: $250,000+ income potential
• Pay Structure: 35% of collections with a negotiable initial daily guarantee ($700+/day)
• Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week, ideally Tues–Fri); no mandatory evenings or weekends
• Benefits: Health insurance, paid malpractice, 401(k), and CE reimbursement

Practice Overview:
• Patient Base: 4,500+ active PPO/FFS patients with steady new patient growth
• Support: 2–4 dentists per day, robust hygiene team, and dedicated support staff
• Technology: Planmeca CBCT, CEREC, iTero, Pearl AI, WaveOne Endo, Implant system
• Clinical Focus: Comprehensive general dentistry with emphasis on same-day care

Candidate Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of professional clinical experience preferred
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted North Carolina dental license and DEA certification
• Mindset: Patient-first philosophy, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to compassionate care
