Our long-standing dental office is seeking an experienced General Dentist to lead our office in Bel Air, MD! Enjoy complete clinical autonomy, a loyal patient base, and the full support of an elite team in one of Maryland’s most desirable, family-friendly communities.
$50,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Requirements for the Dentist:
- Active Maryland Dental License
- Active Federal DEA and Applicable Certifications
- 5 years of clinical experience strongly preferred (minimum 2 years required)
- Proven ability to manage complex cases, treatment plan confidently, and lead a dental team

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- Average Salary: $200,000–$400,000

Schedule for the Dentist:
- Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Friday (Flexible – no later than 2:00)
