A well-established dental practice in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and wants to practice comprehensive dentistry in a supportive environment.

You’ll have the freedom to practice dentistry your way, backed by a team and systems designed to support your clinical judgment and help you deliver the best possible care to your patients. This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to grow a loyal patient base while maintaining true clinical independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with full clinical autonomy
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients in the Fairbanks community
• Diagnose and treatment-plan a broad range of general and restorative dental procedures
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Alaska dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000+ annual earning potential
• Full-time schedule with a consistent, predictable week

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed
