Our established, multi-doctor private practice in Naples, FL is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to replace a departing provider. Having served the community for nearly 30 years, our office provides full range, comprehensive dental care. This including: Preventive, Restorative, Cosmetic, Oral surgery, and Implant treatment, with a focus on biologically centered care. This is an opportunity to step into an established schedule while working in a collaborative, patient-focused practice.
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Completely Fee-for-Service
- Mainly serving Adults (50 Years+, some PED’s)
- Multiple Hygienists and Dental Assistants on-site
- Up to 60-70 new patients added per month!
- See 8-10 Patients per day (non-hygiene, procedure dep.)
- Medit Digital Scanner, Digital Radiography, Sirona Galileos Cone Beam CT, Dentrix, Dexis
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- $950 Daily Guarantee for 3 months
- 30% of Collections ($130,000 per month in Production)
- Mentorship, Simple IRA/match
- Lab fees covered by practice
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time (4 days)
- Monday – Thursday (8:00-4:30)
- No weekends!
Our Ideal Dentist:
- Comprehensive provider: 5+ years of clinical experience with proficiency in molar endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement (strong pref.)
