A nationally recognized FQHC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join its dental team. This is a rare opportunity to provide care in a fully equipped, mission-driven environment dedicated to supporting children’s oral health.

Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:

• CBCT, iTero, Dentrix, Digital X-ray, Nitrous
• Each Dentist works with 2 Hygienists and 1 D.A.
• 7–10 Patients per day (ages 4–18)

Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:

• Base Salary Starting at $160,000-$170,000 (Experience Dependent)
• Annual Salary Increases (each August)

• All Clinical Resources Provided & Lab Fees covered
• On-call pay: $70/evening (M–F after 4 PM), $125/day (Sat & Sun).

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Monday–Friday (8:00–4:00)
• On-Call rotation: 1 week every 3–5 weeks (Mon–Sun).
• 6 weeks off in Summer & ALL major holidays

Requirements of the Dentist:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Perform exams, restorations, prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, implants, partials), limited endodontics, extractions, & EX care.
• Anesthesia license (if administering Nitrous Oxide).
• CPR/AED certification
• CE including: Child Abuse Recognition (Act 31); Radiology/DEP; Pain Management & Opioid Prescribing.
