Associate Dentist – 100% FFS Practice 

Are you a clinical-focused dentist looking for a supportive, high-quality private practice to call home? This is a thriving, 100% fee-for-service (FFS) private practice in Thomasville, NC (30 mins from Greensboro, ~1 hour from Charlotte) seeking a long-term Associate Dentist to take over a busy, existing patient schedule.

The Opportunity

  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3-day weekends)
  • Patient Base: 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS)
  • Good Income Potential: Take over existing patients
  • Comprehensive Practice Philosophy: The owner trained at the Dawson Academy. CE from Pankey, Spear, Misch, etc., are ideal but not required

The Practice & Technology

  • Modern 10-operatory clinic with 2 dedicated rooms for the incoming associate
  • Equipped with CEREC, CBCT, iTero, Primescan, and implant systems
  • Robust support team: 5 hygienists, 4.5 assistants, and a cross-trained front office

Compensation & Benefits

  • 32% of Production (with zero lab deductions)
  • Initial daily guarantee (negotiable based on experience)
  • Some benefits available

Ideal Candidate Criteria

  • Prefers candidates with an AEGD/GPR and/or 1-2 years of private practice experience
  • High clinical standards, strong communication skills, and an outgoing personality
  • Open-minded to comprehensive treatment planning and dedicated to patient-centered care
