Join a well-established private practice in Phoenixville, PA that has served the community for more than 40 years. We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to take over for an existing provider with a tentative start date of 8/1/2026. We are looking for a “Super GP“; we keep everything in house.
Clinical Scope Requirements of the Dentist: Cosmetic, Restoration, Oral Surgery, Molar Endo, and full-range Implant Placement
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Completely Fee-for-Service and PPO
- Family Based Practice (10-18 Patients/day, procedure dep.)
- Excellent Support Staff and clinical team
- Scanner, CBCT, Digital X-rays, Intraoral Camera
- $600K in Annual Production (1 Provider)
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- 35% of Collections ($800 Daily Rate)
- Associate responsible for 50% of Lab Fees
- CE allowance with potential for Health Ins. coverage
- Potential Equity Option
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time (4 days)
- Tuesday – Friday (7:00-5:00)
- No weekends!
