Our family-focused dental practice in Hamilton Square is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Central New Jersey. While we keep most procedures in-house, the associate will initially focus primarily on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a long-term associate who is interested in growing with the practice and has future partnership aspirations. Candidates who are proficient in or interested in molar endodontics are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and be seeking a long-term opportunity.
- Currently are or have been a Delta Premier Provider
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service and PPO only
- 90% Adult Based Care
- Very Low Referral Rate (no Molar Endo)
- Fully Digital: CBCT, Cerec, 3D Printer
- Good Support Staff
- Solo Role on Wednesdays
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- 30%-35% of Adjusted Production (Experience Dependent)
- Projected take home (3 days/week): $160K-$180K/year
- Associate Responsible for % of lab fees
- Mentorship on-site
- Future Equity Option (To be discussed)
Schedule for the Dentist:
- PART-TIME (3 days) – potential for more hours!
- Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
- Thursday (8:30-5:00)
- Friday (8:00-4:00)

- This portfolio should showcase, but not be limited to, completed: fillings/crowns, crown prep/die work, completed root canals, and judgement in treatment planning.
