Our family-focused dental practice in Hamilton Square is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Central New Jersey. While we keep most procedures in-house, the associate will initially focus primarily on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Candidates who are proficient in or interested in molar endodontics are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and be seeking a long-term opportunity.
- Currently are or have been a Delta Premier Provider
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service and PPO only
- 90% Adult Based Care
- Very Low Referral Rate (no Molar Endo)
- Fully Digital: CBCT, Cerec, 3D Printer
- Good Support Staff
- Solo Role on Wednesdays
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- 30%-35% of Adjusted Production (Experience Dependent)
- Projected take home (3 days/week): $160K-$180K/year
- Associate Responsible for % of lab fees
- Mentorship on-site
- Future Equity Option (To be discussed)
Schedule for the Dentist:
- PART-TIME (3 days) – potential for more hours!
- Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
- Thursday (8:30-5:00)
- Friday (8:00-4:00)
