General Dentist (Associate) – Busy Private Practice

The Opportunity
A highly reputable, modern private practice in Asheville is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. You will be stepping into an established, busy schedule (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to take over for a relocating dentist.

This position offers high income potential, an upbeat office culture, and a supportive environment with mentorship available.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Earnings: $200,000 to $300,000+ potential (based on experience and clinical skill set)
  • Rate: 32% of adjusted production, no lab deductions

  • Patient Mix: PPO and fee-for-service/cash patients across all demographics.

Candidate Requirements

  • North Carolina dental license
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to learn
  • Collaborative team player
  • Open to all experience levels, but at least one year of experience or residency preferred

Mentorship Style: The owner is happy to provide clinical mentorship for newer doctors, but maintains a hands-off management style to give experienced associates complete clinical autonomy.
