Associate Dentist Position Highlights:

  • $300,000+ Earning Potential: Taking over for a dentist doing $1 Million annually. Initial guarantee, percentage, benefits.

  • Advanced Technology: Fully equipped modern digital office featuring CBCT, 5 intraoral scanners, 3D printers, and Zimmer implant systems.

  • Clinical Variety: General dentistry, clear aligners, dental implants, molar root canals, and IV sedation (with a dedicated nurse anesthetist on staff).

  • Growing: 150–160 new patients per month (PPO & FFS only — No Medicaid / No HMO)

  • Schedule: 4.5 days per week (No nights, no weekends)

  • Partnership Track: Clear equity/buy-in opportunity within 3 to 5 years

About the Opportunity:

Step directly into an immediately busy schedule within a highly respected, privately owned practice. This is an office that prioritizes top-tier patient care over pure volume. This role is open because a long-term associate is transitioning to a new location, leaving behind a fully established, active patient base collecting over $1M annually. Position is available to start in Fall 2027.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A bare minimum of one year of experience or a residency is required.

  • Exceptional people skills and a team-first mentality oriented toward long-term patient relationships.

  • Proficiency or a strong desire to master advanced procedures (implants, molar endo).
