Associate Role Leading to Partnership

Tired of the DSO “treadmill”? This is not a traditional associate role. We are seeking a motivated dentist to take the reins of our private practice in Reston.

The owner is based in other locations, meaning you will be the face of the office from Day 1, with a path to equity partnership within 2-3 years.

The Opportunity

  • True Autonomy: Step into a solo-provider role where you treat the practice as your own.
  • Partnership Path: Skip the corporate ladder. We have a goal-based, structured plan for you to become a partner.
  • Established: You’re taking over a 6-op office on pace for $900k collections in 2026.
  • Untapped Potential: The office is fully equipped for a high-producer to expand into multi-column workflows and keep more cases in-house.
  • Patient Mix: High-quality 80% PPO / 20% FFS (averaging 30+ new patients/month).
  • Tech: Fully digital with iTero, CBCT, Nomad X-ray, and Open Dental.
  • Lifestyle-friendly hours: Done by 5 PM and no weekends

Compensation & Schedule

  • Earning Potential: $200,000+ based on 32–35% of Collections (Initial daily are negotiable).
  • Benefits:
    • 401k with 4% match.
    • Health Insurance (50% premium stipend).
    • $3,000 Annual CE Allowance.

What We’re Looking For

We need a “growth-mindset” clinician who is ready to be a pillar of the Reston community.

  • Experience: 5+ years of private practice experience preferred. Excellent candidates with experience as a solo provider will be considered.
  • Clinical Confidence: Comfortable practicing as the sole provider on-site.
  • Skillset: Strong restorative foundation is a must. Proficiency in Invisalign is a major plus. Endo and Implant experience welcome.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage the daily schedule and lead a small, dedicated team.
