We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded General Dentist to lead our new clinic in Pensacola, scheduled to open in July 2026. Qualified candidates must have several years of clinical experience and demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of procedures, including restorative dentistry, molar endodontics, and oral surgery. Experience with implant placement is strongly preferred, but not required. This position is ideal for anyone looking for long-term success!

This is a Sole-Provider Role!

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

  • Clinic opens in July, 2026!
  • Fee-for-Service (FFS), PPO, and potentially Medicaid
  • Family practice, mainly working with Adults
  • Pano/CBCT, Digital X-rays, Scanner
  • 5-7 Fully Equipped Opps on-site
  • Entrepreneurial focused

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

  • $1,000 – $1,200 Daily Guarantee
  • Quarterly Bonus (Based on Collection %)
  • CE Allowance, 401K, Medical Ins. Stipend, Malpractice coverage
  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!!
  • Potential Equity Option (Up to 20%)

Schedule of the Dentist:

  • Full-Time
  • Minimum 4 days/week
  • Schedule: To Be Determined
  • No Weekends or On-Call
