Hygienist needed to join a privately owned, fee-for-service practice in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a full-time position! No corporate affiliations. Hygienist will run their own operatory and treatment schedules with full-hour appointments per quadrant — the way hygiene was meant to be practiced!

Santa Rosa sits at the heart of Sonoma County, surrounded by world-renowned wine country, redwood forests, and the Pacific Coast. It offers an outstanding quality of life with a thriving local food scene, year-round outdoor activities, and a strong, close-knit community.

Laser certification required for all Hygienist. All experienced hygienist encouraged to apply!

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• $65/hr. base pay 
• Benefits include – $200/month medical stipend, Simple IRA with matching contributions, and paid time off
• Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (~32 hours/week = Full time)
• Fee-for-service model — full-hour appointments per quadrant
• Hygienist manages their own operatory setup, cleaning, and operations
• Target start date: within two weeks – 5/18/26
