Our established dental practice is looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our Lititz, PA office. Our office has proudly served the Lehigh Valley for several years and is backed by an excellent support staff and established patient base. Our goal is to find the ideal candidate to take over for a departing provider.
Requirements of the Dentist:
- Comprehensive General Skillset
- Molar Endo, Surgical Extractions, Removable
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service and PPO model
- 95% of Patient base is Adults
- Patients seen by Provider per day: ~15
- Annual Office Production Average: $1.8 mil.
- On-site EFDA’s and several Hygienist
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- 35% of NET Collections
- Malpractice and 401K option
- Future Equity Option (Partnership)
- Office covers 50% of lab fees
Schedule:
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday (8:00-5:00)
