Busy, Modern Practice in a Great Location

Step into a busy schedule in a well-established office in a nice area of Newport News. You’ll be working alongside an experienced dentist and taking over an existing patient load with the support of a full hygiene team and onsite mentoring.

Practice Details:

  • Capacity: 7 operatories; 40–60 new patients per month.
  • Patient Mix: High-reimbursement PPO (30–40% above area avg) and FFS. No Medicaid.
  • Technology: iTero scanner, implant system, and laser.
  • Clinical Scope: Comprehensive General Dentistry, Invisalign

Schedule & Role

  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 or 5-day options available).
  • Environment: Team-oriented, conservative treatment planning, and high clinical autonomy.
  • Support: Direct mentoring available from the practice owner.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: Greater of a daily rate or 30–31% of collections. No lab deductions
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, CE stipend, and paid malpractice (W2).

Requirements

  • Experienced GP preferred (motivated early-career docs considered).
  • Proficiency in molar endo, surgical extractions, or implant placement is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first personality.
