Are you a friendly and confident dentist looking for a great opportunity? This position offers the chance to earn $250,000+ annually with hours that support a good work-life balance. The patients are loyal, compliant, and appreciative, making for a fantastic work environment alongside our friendly staff.

The incoming associate will step into a full schedule right away, as the current associate is taking a job in another area. The office produces over $1 million annually and features up-to-date technology, including a digital panoramic X-ray and a digital scanner. There are 2 hygiene columns daily with 2 assistants to support the dentist. Monday-Thursday hours with occasional Friday mornings during the busier seasons.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: 30-33% of collections, with no lab fee deductions.
  • Initial daily guarantee for the first 90 days.
  • Health insurance.
  • Paid license fees and paid malpractice insurance.
  • 401K (no match).
  • $1,500 annual Continuing Education (CE) stipend.

Job Criteria:

  • Licensed South Carolina Dentist.
  • At least one year of clinical experience is required.
  • Great people skills (confident, friendly, and good with staff).
  • Comfortable being the sole provider on-site.

Location Note: This office is located in Saluda, SC, making it commutable from Lexington or Columbia, SC.
