• 4 day work week
• 30% of production
• PPO/FFS only!  Large percentage of patients FFS, very selective on PPOs accepted
• Modern, digital office:  CBCT, PrimeScan, ETC
• Established office replacing an existing doctor
• Doctor owned, Private Practice, complete autonomy for the associate
